Wholesale FAQs
What is your MOQ?
Our first order minimum is $100 -reorder minimum is $50.
Full size treat products are sold in case size of 6 units at 50% of MSRP. Sampler pouches are sold in case size of 10 units at 50% of MSRP.
Should I order through Faire or your direct order form?
If you don't have a Faire account, we highly suggest taking advantage of their offer to new retailers which include 50% off your first order with us and 1 year of free shipping on their platform.
Do you have a return policy?
Except for first order on Faire, we do not accept return requests except for special circumstances. The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery and if approved, the return will be issued as a credit toward future orders. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Are orders available for customers outside US?
We currently only sell within the US at this time.
