Shipping policy
We offer free shipping for US orders over $30. At this time we do not currently ship outside US but are looking to add Canada soon.
US Orders
- Standard shipping fee: $2 USD
- Orders over $30 ship for free. Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.
- Orders will be fulfilled within 3-5 business days. Once your order is fulfilled and sent out to ship, you'll receive an email with the tracking information and can track your order by visiting the carrier's website.
- Once an order has been shipped, it's outside of our control. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Please contacting the carrier for any lost/stolen packages.

Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our treats, we are not able to accept returns. We do not issue refunds but will offer product replacement at our discretion for unusual circumstances.
